BOROUGH OF NORWOOD

ORDINANCE 03:14

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF NORWOOD, CHAPTER 168 TO RE-CONFIRM CERTAIN LOTS AND BLOCKS AS PARKLANDS AND AS PARK AND PUBLIC PURPOSES IN THE BOROUGH OF NORWOOD

WHEREAS, the Borough of Norwood is desirous of reconfirming lots and blocks within the Borough of Norwood as park land and public purposes and reconfirming and/or changing their zoning to Park and Public Purposes (PPP); and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Norwood has in the past maintained these lots and blocks as park lands and public purposes; and

WHEREAS, the Borough of Norwood is desirous of confirming said designations and zoning classifications.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following lots and blocks are hereby zoned as Park and Public Purposes and the zoning map of the Borough of Norwood, Bergen County, New Jersey shall be so amended if not already provided and be it further resolved that the said lots and blocks are hereby designated in the Borough of Norwood as Parklands held for Park and Public Purposes.

This Ordinance shall take affect immediately upon final publication according to law.

Any Ordinance of portion thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance is a repeal to the extent of any such inconsistency.
