ORDINANCE 03:13

Be it ordained by the Council of the Borough of Norwood, as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 222, Vehicles and Traffic, Article VI Schedules, Section 32is hereby amended to change the no parking on Belden Place from the East side of the street to “Both” sides of the street, to read as follows:

222-32. Schedule I: No Parking

In accordance with the provisions of 222-6, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets.

Belden Place Both Blanche Avenue to Brook Street

Section 2. Severability:

The provisions of this ordinance are declared severable, and if any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or part thereof is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, or part of this ordinance.

Section 3. Effective date:

This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication according to law.
