AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 222 O= F THE CODE OF

THE BOROUGH OF NORWOOD TO REGULATE PARKING IN THE PARKING LOT ON D’ERCOLE COURT

 

 

, the Mayor and Council of the Boro= ugh of Norwood has the authority to enact ordinances regulating parking, and the purpose of this ordinance is to better regulate parking in the parking lot = on D’Ercole Court to advance the health, safety, and welfare of the residents in and travelers through the Borough.

by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Norwood, County of Bergen, and S= tate of New Jersey, as follows:

:  The Code of the Borough of Norwood= is amended to add a new paragraph to Schedule XX (§222-52) stating: In accordance with the provisions of §222-10.1, no person shall park on t= he following described parking lot(s) without the required sticker:=

Location of = Lot&nb= sp;            Side        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;        Limitation

On D’Ercole Court&= nbsp;                  West<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>              &= nbsp; Only residents of Norwood Gardens

On D’Ercole Court                &= nbsp;  East     Only residents of Fox Hill Manor and Norw= ood         &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;            &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;                &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;   Gardens

 

:  All ordinances or parts of ordinan= ces that are inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repea= led, but only to the extent of such inconsistencies.

:  The provisions of this ordinance a= re severable.  If any part of this ordinance is declared to be unconstitutional or invalid by any Court, the remaining parts of this ordinance will remain in full force and effect.

:  This ordinance shall take effect u= pon passage and publication according to law.
