The annual fees of licenses for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages in the Borough shall be as follows:A. The annual fee for a УPlenary Retail Consumption LicenseФ for the following years shall be as follows: Annual Fee Maximum Number 2007 $2,400.00 7 2008 $2,500.00 7 2009 $2,500.00 7B. The annual license fee for a УPlenary Retail Distribution LicenseФ for the following years shall be as follows: Annual Fee Maximum Number 2007 $2,220.00 1 2008 $2,500.00 1 2009 $2,500.00 1C. The annual fee for a УClub LicenseФ for the following years is $150.00.SECTION 2: Fees are subject to change and the Mayor and Council reserve the right to do so. Where necessary, this ordinance shall be construed in the manner, which shall render it valid and constitutional. If for any reason any section or any part of a section or provision of this ordinance shall be judged unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not be held to affect other sections.SECTION 3: All ordinance or part ordinances, inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies.
